Frank’s Online store wants to ship only the highest quality animals to our customers. We examine each item prior to shipping them and therefore we can offer a 24 hour guarantee on your purchase so that you can buy with total confidence. Even still, sometimes things can go wrong with the shipping of live animals. If your new piece of livestock dies within the 24 hour period, Frank’s Online Saltwater Store will either credit you for that item or replace it.
If a loss occurs, please do not throw the specimen away. Do not send the item back without the full knowledge of Frank’s Online Saltwater Store. Discarding of a specimen or sending it back without our knowledge will VOID the guarantee! You will have the responsibility of proving that there is a dead item. We can not be responsible for items that died from being bullied by other livestock in the aquarium.
In the event of a loss, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In that email, please send a picture of the item within 24 hours of the time of delivery.We will go strictly by the deliverer’s time of delivery.
Please be aware that someone MUST BE PRESENT to sign at the first delivery attempt or the livestock guarantee is VOID! If the item is delayed, you are still required to accept it and acclimate it prior to contacting Frank’s Online Saltwater Store. The guarantee is for live items purchased online ONLY! If an item on our website states that there is no refund, exchanged for a particular item due to rareness or due to any other factor, that item will not be refunded or exchanged. Completing a purchase at Frank’s Online Saltwater Store means that you agree to these terms in advance of the purchase.
NO SHIPPING COSTS will be credited or refunded!!! Completing a purchase at Frank’s Tanks Online Saltwater Store means that you agree to these terms in advance of the purchase.
Frank’s Online Saltwater Store can ship only in the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or into any other US Territories!!
Shipping costs will be as follows:
Priority Overnight shipping in the state of Texas is $35.00 for livestock. Shipping is FREE for amounts over $250.00!
Standard shipping for dry goods in the state of Texas is $25.00. Shipping is FREE for amounts over $250.00!
Priority Overnight for shipping in the Continental United States for livestock with amounts up to $249.99 is $60.00 for livestock. Shipping is FREE for amounts over $250.00!
Standard shipping for dry goods in the Continental United States for amounts up to $249.99 is $35.00. Shipping for amounts over $250.00 is FREE.
DRY GOODS 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Please open all items and inspect for damage immediately!!!
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your dry goods selection and therefore we are giving you a 45 day warranty. If you are not completely satisfied with a dry goods purchase within 45 days, please contact us at email@example.com. We will give you a replacement or a refund on your purchase.
Please do not send items back to us without contacting us for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION ( RMA )
In order for items to be returnable and refundable, they must include all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, software, cables, and other parts that came with the item. After 45 days, you must contact the manufacturer for warranty service. If you are having a hard time contacting the manufacturer, we will help you to contact them regarding a warranty issue.
We are not able to accept returns of items manufactured by Digital Aquatics, Neptune Systems, Vertex Aquaristik, Aqua Illuminations or EcoTech Marine after the seals have been broken! Completing an order with Frank’s Online Saltwater Store means that you understand and agree to these terms.
